Lynne is a resilient, self motivated professional with over 30 years experience in the travel industry. She is enterprising and persuasive with strong negotiating and influencing skills. Lynne is highly experienced in all aspects of Product Development, Project Management and People Management. She is highly respected across the industry and through her broad network of contacts, is regularly approached to participate and champion new ideas, projects and opportunities.

Lynne started her career in Hotel Management before joining TUI UK where she held several middle and senior management positions across various divisions of the business. She led the development of service/product innovations designed to enhance the customer experience, developing detailed specifications and implementation plans and successfully introduced 3 new lifestyle products to the market taking accountability from concept to delivery. Since then, she has set up Tour Operator Divisions of traditional Travel Agency businesses, She has lead product innovation through the development of key destinations, itineraries, planning and pricing and contracted directly all Tour Operator component parts i.e. scheduled air fares, hotel accommodation and ground handling arrangements, ensuring compliance with relevant ABTA and ATOL legislation including Health and Safety overseas. She spent many years overseas managing the operational aspects of the customer experience and can converse fluently in Spanish.
