Following a successful career over 24 years at a senior level in the outbound UK travel sector. Jeanne established Travelscape, a travel and tourism consultancy and research business. Jeanne held senior management positions at TUI UK, which is the number one UK, based overseas leisure company.
Jeanne's extensive sales, business development and multi channel distribution experience in a highly competitive, low margin international and domestic marketplace drives the Travelscape philosophy to deliver a commercial edge and focus to every project ensuring a return on investment.
Lee Ormesher has a wealth of experience in the travel sector and has held a number of posts at a senior level. She is well known and respected within the travel industry and her strategic and results oriented track record demonstrates her wide-ranging business experience, both within the UK and overseas.
Lee's initial grounding was in information technology and the development of business critical solutions, which has resulted in her structured approach to challenges and her ability to deliver. In the last ten years, Lee has worked as a company director for the largest UK holiday company, TUI UK (previously part of the Thomson Travel Group). Her first directorship was as the Commercial Director for a specialist Thomson subsidiary, following which she was then promoted to the main board and ultimately held the position of Customer Operations Director.
She has also been a director of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents), the leading UK travel industry body. In addition to her consultancy work, Lee holds non-executive directorship posts for several organisations in both the public and private sector.
Lesley-Ann has led the research consultancy of Travelscape since July 2007. She has over 20 years extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Her previous roles have included audit, evaluation, performance review, information and communication services.
Prior to joining Travelscape, she spent a short time at Trends Business Research, an economic research and consultancy business based in Newcastle which she found to be a hugely enjoyable and challenging experience. Previously, Lesley spent five amazing years with Dipsticks Research Ltd (a full service research agency) as Operations Director. There, she oversaw the development and day-to-day operations of the fieldwork and CATI teams as well as having responsibility for company wide Human Resources and Quality Management. Her responsibilities included working with her co-Directors in determining the mission and vision statements, engaging in strategic planning, development of company policies, monitoring company services, ensuring adequate financial resources and providing effective fiscal oversight. She also had responsibility for developing good working relationships between the Board and staff as well as enhancing the company's public image. She worked with other Board members in creating and developing a company management team. From this experience she believes that she has developed and executed excellent leadership abilities, having authority, whilst able to influence and give direction. She is skilled in giving guidance and providing objectivity.

A graduate of Bristol University Joanne has almost 20 years experience gained across travel, tourism and marketing. In 1991 Joanne moved to Prague to work in inbound tourism to this emerging destination and ran her own ground handling agency for a number of years. Joanne joined walking tour operator ATG Oxford in 1998, prior to relocating to the UK, where she held a number of field and office roles until 2004, gaining a firm grounding in tour operating. After a stint marketing emerging technologies for Cenamps (later UK CPI), Joanne returned to her first love, travel, to head up the destination marketing team for Northumberland Tourism, the dedicated Destination Marketing Organisation for the county and part of Tourism Network North East, funded by One North East RDA.
In Autumn 2009 Joanne completed her Masters in Marketing from Northumbria University. Her combination of marketing practice, theory and on-the-ground travel experience, in both public and private organisations, make her a versatile addition to the project team.
Natalie is a graduate of the University of Aston, where she obtained a BSc Honours degree in French and Business Administration. On graduating she joined Rover Group in Longbridge, as a Group Buyer, where she worked for three years, picking up on key automotive procurement and logistics processes. Natalie then moved to Steelcase Strafor, a major office furniture manufacturer, to strengthen their central Purchasing team. After two years with Steelcase, she then went on to join Lunn Poly, the high street travel agent (which later became part of TUI Travel), as a Commercial Manager, Natalie spent ten years working for TUI, taking on a number of roles, latterly holding the position of Director of Commercial, where she had responsibility for the relationships with third party suppliers and third party travel agents, retail marketing and brand positioning of the high street travel agencies and the anciallary revenues driven through the high street shops (the most prominent being Foreign Exchange). Natalie also played a part in key projects, including the launch of the Virtual Call Centre across the retail estate.
Natalie is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS) and has achieved the Project Management PRINCE2® Registered Practitioner accreditation.
Tracy has over 25 years experience in the travel & tourism industry, which include key senior operational roles at Thomson Holidays ( TUI UK) culminating in the position of General Manager for Customer Operations overseas. The role demanded in depth operational management experience working in resorts worldwide namely: English-speaking Caribbean, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, USA, Thailand, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Egypt, India, Brazil, Kenya, The Gambia, Morocco, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Cyprus, Malta, Madeira and Portugal. Tracy also spent 4 years as General Manager for Customer Service implementing initiatives that delivered higher levels of customer satisfaction and was instrumental in raising industry standards and procedures to reduce complaint levels. This experience led to a consultancy role implementing process reviews to improve customer service for a Destination Management Company based in Egypt. Since 2008 Tracy held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for Jolly Beach Resort and Spa in Antigua where she formulated and implemented the sales and marketing strategy. A core objective was to identify, develop and maintain key relationships with travel partners, setting and negotiating rates throughout Europe. Over the period sales from Europe were +58%.
Lynne is a resilient, self motivated professional with over 30 years experience in the travel industry. She is enterprising and persuasive with strong negotiating and influencing skills. Lynne is highly experienced in all aspects of Product Development, Project Management and People Management. She is highly respected across the industry and through her broad network of contacts, is regularly approached to participate and champion new ideas, projects and opportunities. Lynne started her career in Hotel Management before joining TUI UK where she held several middle and senior management positions across various divisions of the business. She led the development of service/product innovations designed to enhance the customer experience, developing detailed specifications and implementation plans and successfully introduced 3 new lifestyle products to the market taking accountability from concept to delivery. Since then, she has set up Tour Operator Divisions of traditional Travel Agency businesses, She has lead product innovation through the development of key destinations, itineraries, planning and pricing and contracted directly all Tour Operator component parts i.e. scheduled air fares, hotel accommodation and ground handling arrangements, ensuring compliance with relevant ABTA and ATOL legislation including Health and Safety overseas. She spent many years overseas managing the operational aspects of the customer experience and can converse fluently in Spanish.
