Jeanne Lally established Travelscape, a consultancy and research business in May 2007.  As Managing Director, she is very much leading the development of the business whilst also facilitating the Travelscape Consultancy projects. Lesley-Ann Thorburn manages the Travelscape Research projects with Lee Ormesher heading up Crisis Management and Organisational Restructure.
